Your stuff is interesting. Although they don't really look like the people you're trying to draw, there is talent there. A few pointers:

Notice that in real photos, everything is made of shadows and dark creases- not defined lines. That was the big thing that helped me get better, and although I'm not at where I want to be I did improve once I learned this. Good luck and I'll be checking back to see how you're doing.
